    * add rust support.
I left rustc out of INSTALLDEBS for now.
Rust could add 382MB which isn't too bad.
add rustc
./make_ch_root -i rustc
then enable rust in admin config, by default it's disabled.

* add tests

* boolfind solution rust

* update changelog

* Add Rust support to DOMjudge.
remember to include rustc in your chroot.
